Frequently Asked Questions

What is a ring splint?

A ring splint is a specially designed ring that supports and stabilizes finger joints affected by conditions like hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), arthritis, or other joint disorders. They look like regular rings but provide therapeutic support.

How do I know which splint I need?

The right splint depends on which joints need support and the type of instability you experience. Our Which Splint Should I Buy? guide walks you through splint types and conditions to help you narrow it down. We also recommend consulting with an occupational therapist or hand specialist, especially for complex or multiple diagnoses. You're always welcome to contact us with questions.

How do I find my ring size?

Visit our Ring Sizing Guide for step-by-step instructions and a size chart.

Can I wear my ring splint all day?

Many people wear their splints throughout the day. However, we recommend removing them during activities like swimming. See our Care Instructions for more details.

Are your splints adjustable?

Most of our splints are adjustable, but others come in fixed sizes. Product listings will indicate whether a splint is adjustable.
