Finding the right ring size is essential for a comfortable fit, especially for ring splints. Follow the steps below to measure your finger accurately:
- Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger.
- Mark where the paper or string overlaps.
- Measure the length in millimeters.
- Use the chart below to find your ring size.
