We want you to be completely happy with your Evergreen Ring Splint. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return/Exchange Policy
- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be undamaged, and in their original condition.
- Splints can only be returned/exchanged if they are the wrong size or don't work for your condition.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Contact us with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Refunds are issued once we receive a confirmed tracking number
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us ASAP and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
