I bought a couple of these rings to try and after wearing them for a bit I purchased a bunch more for my other troubled finger joints, including this one with the side support. I really like them, they can be adjusted and I can still get them off when my knuckles are swollen. I like that the craftsperson really knows fingers, and how they bend and are not supposed to bend. I also like that these rings are silver and do not turn my fingers green. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for decent finger joint support. If you have long hair like I do, however, you may want to take them off or wear light gloves as you do your hair, as my fine long hair does get caught in the open ends of the rings. But my fingers don’t hurt for days now.
