This is a really effective item for a full-finger stabilization. I have a problem with my DIP (first knuckle) joint and also the MIP (second knuckle). This design prevents them from over extending, but be aware it also prevents the finger from bending/flexing the knuckles as well. There's a little play, but for the most part you're not bending that finger much. To do that, I'd need two separate swan rings. But in the photo, you can see the difference between my supported finger and the one next to it.
*I added some glitter nail polish to accentuate and fill in the circled ends, because the open style was catching on my knitting and random things. It's working fine and I love the glitter! It looks like embedded stones from a distance.
It helps mobilize one of my fingers that arthritis has taken over since I am an avid crocheter. Love it.

Definitely well made. This full ring is v restrictive which I didn’t realize before I bought it (I definitely should have done my research better, or set up a consultation lol), but I got it for a finger that gives me a lot of pain. I’m sure that it’ll help! I’m really excited about it still. It being so pretty is also a nice bonus.
Edit: after a few days of wearing it at work and while crafting, I’m so so happy with my purchase. I’m autistic and sensory change is hard, so I was apprehensive about how the ring felt initially. I 100% got used to it and am stoked.

This finger support is amazing. Beautifully made, fits to my custom specs. The seller shipped the item in time, but I gave a low score for shipping b/c it seemed to be lost "in transit" forever, and then it got stuck in New Jersey. Again, NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT, but trying to track it was frustrating.
